Your Tenant Portal through Buildium gives you 24-hour access to everything related to your tenancy; from paying rent to submitting a maintenance request to reviewing your lease documents. No need to call the office for routine matters.

Pay your rent securely through your Tenant Portal. Set up automatic payments so you never miss a due date, and access your full payment history at any time.

Submit a Maintenance Request

Log non-emergency maintenance requests directly through your portal. Our team reviews all submissions and coordinates with vendors to address issues as quickly as possible.

Access Your Documents

View and download your lease agreement, move-in inspection report, and any correspondence related to your tenancy; all stored securely in your portal.

A clear, straightforward process.

We use an online application process through Buildium. All applications are reviewed in the order received and evaluated using screening criteria, applied consistently and in accordance with California and federal fair housing laws.

Visit our Properties page to see everything currently available across Southern California. Contact us if you have questions about a specific listing before applying.

Click Apply Online on any listing to begin your application through Buildium. You will be asked to provide standard information including income verification and rental history.

Our team reviews all applications using screening criteria. We process applications in the order received and follow all applicable California fair housing requirements.

You will hear from our team regarding the status of your application. If approved, we walk you through the lease signing and move-in process from there.
