Free Consultation

Property Review
We assess current conditions, review existing leases if applicable, and discuss what a management transition looks like for your specific situation.
Agreement & Onboarding
We handle the paperwork, coordinate with existing tenants, and set up your owner portal so everything is accessible from day one.
Ongoing Management
From this point, we handle day-to-day operations and keep you informed. You stay in the loop without being in the weeds.

No hidden fees.

We believe owners should know exactly what they are paying for before signing anything. Our fee structure is reviewed with you during the consultation so there are no questions later.
Every property is different, and so is every agreement. We walk you through the full fee structure during your consultation before anything is signed. We want you to have the complete picture upfront.
Monthly Management Fee
A percentage of collected rent, applied only when rent is collected. Reviewed and agreed upon before we begin managing your property.
Tenant Placement Fee
A one-time fee when a new tenant is placed. Covers marketing, screening, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
Maintenance Coordination
Vendor costs passed through at actual cost. Owner approval is required above agreed thresholds before any work is authorized.
